Good day/evening. My name is SteveAustinwhat and this is my first column. I have previously
been writting stuff on IGN. I seldom curse, but use it when it is needed. I am strict and have high opinions. Now let's get
down to business.
Wrestling
WWE Chairman Mr. McMahon has banned D-Generation-X from RAW at the Wachovia
Center in Philadelphia Monday
Some things never change, do they? Some things such as this are becoming too predictable.
Who do you think will win the Steel Cage Match Friday at SmackDown?
I hope to god that you all know the polls are rigged.
Eight Diva Search finalists will compete for $250,000 and a chance to become
a WWE Diva.
*shoots self* when will WWE learn? Do you not understand how little people care about
these things? How about using this time for what type of company you are, wrestling? WWE trying to pull off a Big Brother/Survivor
thing is NOT WORKING! Why? People just flat out don't care. Either these things get heavy boos or absolutely nothing.
D-Generation-X
When I first heard that this was going to happen, I thought "Oh hell no, not another attempt."
Past DX reunions flop. Such as the two minute one in 2002. Triple H and Shawn Michaels are different people now than they
were in 1997. I thought that Triple H being married and Shawn Michaels being a born again Christian would make this an awful
idea and it wouldn't be as funny. When it finally happened, boy was I wrong! I found myself laughing out loud. The imitations
of both McMahons was hilarious! I am all for the pairing of these to. Triple H is a face once again people can cheer for him.
Not only that, it clears up the World Championship division. Speaking of John Cena...
John Cena
I might have one of his shirts and an autographed card from him, but I hate the guy!
Did you not here the crowd reaction during Wrestlemania? I was booed out of the building. What about the "Fuck you, Cena"
among other chants at ECW One Night Stand (both of them!). Watch the Storm/Jericho match from ONS 2005 and you can hear that
chant. Seriously, this guy needs to learn how to sell better. When he takes a beating, he rises up, hits the Knuckle Shuffle
and the FU for the win. He makes a Superman comeback. He acts as if nothing happened. That pisses me off. Another problem
is his microphone skills. Since the Janet Jackson incident at the Superbowl in 2004, WWE has limited what he can say in his
raps. Notice that the only people who cheer him are little kids and women. Majority of the wrestling audience are men in the
15-35 range. The fan who held the "If Cena wins, we riot" sign at this years One Night Stand was NOT kidding. That really
would have happened.
ECW
Since I watched the DVD Rise and Fall of ECW, I have been hooked. I have a shirt, two
books, a magazine, a poster, and a lot of DVDs. I am a huge fan. I am worried about how the new ECW will do. Sandman needs
to have actual matches instead of squashes. For god sakes, he beat up a zombie! If you watched TNA the other day, you would
know that Brother Ray (formely known as Bubba/ Buh Buh Ray Dudley) said "Other promotions can choose what they may possess
but at least TNA doesn’t have any zombies!" Obviously, former ECW stars are not pleased with the product. What about
Kelly? While I would fuck her anyday of the week that ends in a "day", she does not need to be on. If you read your results,
she was heavly booed at an ECW show at the ECW Arena in Philly. Despite being hotter than Trinity or Francince, she was still
heavily booed. Sandman's music is what really gets me. Either buy Metallica's song from them or get another band to perform
it for them. Hey, even better, use Motörhead's version. WWE already uses a lot of their songs. Why not one more? Motörhead
would love it because it is more advertising for them. If you watch your older tapes/DVDs, you would see that during Sandman's
entrance, the crowd would sing along with the song. That would make a great live event, wouldn't it? Enough of wrestling.
General
Celebrity Relationships
After years of my mom and sister watching Entertainment Tonight, I would her my mom say
"E is on!" and my sister would reply "Who's breaking up?" or "Who's getting married?" you get the idea. I begin to question
whether or not some of these things are rigged. I am thinking that maybe some of these things are as real as J'Lo's chest.
MySpace
The other day, I am talking to one of my friends and he says "My girlfriend from MySpace
is coming to visit me from New Mexico!" I have had it. Where do people get a kick out of this? Do you not watch the news?
Not only that, it is a waist of time! In my spare time, I workout and do homework. Things that will help me in life. I just
can't stand it.
Racism
If there is one thing that makes me mad, it is racism. I hate racism against things such
as the blacks and Indians, but what I hate the most is racism against the Special Olympics. Being a former Olympian myself,
that really pisses the hell out of me. Those of your racist against them, make a clone and go fuck yourselves.
